So, liebe Freunde, der „worst case“ ist laut neusten Informationen eingetroffen und ein neuer Fall wurde beim Zivilkreisgericht eingereicht.

Scientology versucht uns und unseren Blog endgültig zerstören. Das ist die typische „Fair Game“ Methode von Scientology.

Dieser Fall hat uns bereits CHF 5’200.– (gerichtlicher Massnahmenentscheid) gekostet und im neuen Fall werden weitere hohe Kosten anfallen. Sobald wir mehr wissen, werden wir euch mit einem Blogbeitrag informieren.

Update vom 07.06.2025:
Da es sich um ein laufendes Verfahren handelt können wir euch im Moment nicht alle Informationen durchgeben, aber da wir in den letzten 7 Monaten ein paar Berichte dazu geschrieben haben, listen wir euch diese auf:

1. Unser Blogbeitrag vom 18.11.2024, welcher als Warnung für alle Studenten in Bayern, Hessen und NRW betraf, mussten wir ja aus unserem Blog entfernen. Hier ging es um eine hochrangige Scientologin auf der OT6 Stufe, welche als Akademikerin und Dozentin in 2 Hochschulen tätig ist, in einem Verband als Mitglied dabei ist und Unternehmerin in der Immobilien-Branche zu Hause ist.
2. Unser Beitrag vom 23.12.2024 mit dem Titel «CH / DE – Zürich / Hessen: eine Schweizer Anwaltskanzlei schickt uns am 23. Dezember 2024 eine Abmahnung mit der Aufforderung, einen deutschen Beitrag zu löschen und er schreibt, dass eine Strafanzeige gegen uns in Deutschland eingereicht wurde. Unsere Reaktion darauf: Merry Christmas, Scientology!»
3. Unser Beitrag vom 16.01.2025 mit dem Titel «EILMELDUNG! Erneuter erfolgloser Einschüchterungsversuch von Scientology – heute wurde unsere Website vom Netz genommen aber nach einer kurzen Intervention wieder aufgeschaltet.»
4. Unser Beitrag vom 13.03.2025 mit dem Titel «CH / DE: Teil 5 – Brunhilde* aus der Region München setzt sich gegen die FASA vor dem Zivilgericht in der Schweiz durch – vorerst!»
5. Unser Beitrag vom 16.03.2025 mit dem Titel «Was passiert, wenn ein Gericht langjährigen Sektenexperten & dem deutschen Verfassungsschutz widerspricht und nur Scientology glaubt?»

So, dear friends, according to the latest information, the „worst case“ has arrived and a new case has been filed with the Civil District Court.

Scientology is trying to destroy us and our blog for good. This is the typical “fair game” method of Scientology.

This case has already cost us CHF 5,200 (court order) and the new case will result in further high costs. As soon as we know more, we will inform you with a blog post.

Update from 07.06.2025:
As this is an ongoing procedure, we cannot provide you with all the information at the moment, but as we have written a few reports on this in the last 7 months, we are listing them for you:

1. our blog post from 18.11.2024, which was a warning for all students in Bavaria, Hessen and NRW, had to be removed from our blog. This was about a high-ranking Scientologist at the OT6 level, who works as an academic and teacher at 2 College, is a member of an association and is an Business owner in the real estate industry.
2. our post from 23.12.2024 with the title «CH / DE – Zurich / Hesse: a Swiss law firm sends us a warning on December 23, 2024 with the request to delete a German post and writes that a criminal complaint has been filed against us in Germany. Our reaction to this: Merry Christmas, Scientology!»
3. our post from 16.01.2025 with the title «BREAKING NEWS! Another unsuccessful attempt at intimidation by Scientology – today our website was taken off the net but after a short intervention it was put back online.»
